There was a big problem with Microsoft that caused computer systems around the world to stop working. This issue affected flights, banks, stock markets, payment systems, and emergency services. The CEO of a company called CrowdStrike said they fixed a bug that caused the outage. It seems the problem was linked to a recent update from CrowdStrike that affected Microsoft's systems. Both Microsoft and CrowdStrike said it wasn’t a cyber-attack but an issue with a recent update.
In India, the outage caused flight delays and problems with payments and trading. The government is working with Microsoft to fix the problem and has given advice on how to handle it. They suggested some steps to help if your computer is still having issues after the fix.
