On Day 4 of the Paris Olympics 2024, Manu Bhaker and Sarabjot Singh won a bronze medal in the 10m air pistol mixed team shooting event by beating South Korea. This made Bhaker the first athlete from independent India to win two medals in the same Olympics. Prithviraj Tondaiman came 21st in the men's trap shooting qualification round. In archery, Ankita Bhakat lost her match, while Dhiraj Bommadevara and Bhajan Kaur are competing in individual events. In rowing, Balraj Panwar finished 5th in the men's single sculls quarterfinal. The Indian men’s hockey team will play against Ireland after their exciting draw with Argentina in Pool B. Indian boxers Amit Panghal, Jaismine Lamboria, and Preeti Pawar will also compete.
