Kalki 2898 AD Review:
Did Prabhas's latest film, Kalki 2898 AD, hit the mark, or did it fall short of expectations like Salaar and Adipurush?
Director: Nag Ashwin
Cast: Amitabh Bachchan, Prabhas, Disha Patani, Deepika Padukone
"Kalki 2898 AD" is a cinematic showcase that pushes the boundaries of Indian cinema, delivering a visually stunning experience with an engaging storyline. Based on the real story of Kalki, the tenth avatar of Lord Vishnu, the film follows his mission to restore the balance of dharma and lead humanity toward spiritual enlightenment.
The role of Kalki is played by Prabhas, a South Indian actor. After two disappointing films from Prabhas ("Adipurush" and "Salaar"), I was hesitant to watch "Kalki." However, the hype around this movie convinced me to give it a chance. The first half of "Kalki" is a complete disaster, but the second half is not bad. By the end, I was left with a faint memory of the dull first half but also a feeling that it was not a bad film overall. It seems Prabhas has a limited role in this film, and we’ll have to wait for "Kalki 2898 AD Part 2" to see more of him. However, this film earns a big thumbs-up for those who love action, technology, and big stars.
