In Karnataka’s Bagalkote district, a baby boy was born with extra fingers and toes, 13 fingers and 12 toes in total. The family thinks this is a special blessing.

The baby has 6 fingers on his right hand, 7 on his left hand, and 6 toes on each foot. Both the baby and his mother, Bharathi, who is 35 years old, are healthy.

Bharathi and the baby's father, Gurappa Konoor, are very happy about their new baby.

This condition is called Polydactyly, which is a rare genetic issue where babies are born with extra fingers and toes.
