Justin Bieber recently performed at a big event and earned a lot of money.
He sang at a pre-wedding celebration for Anant Ambani, an Indian billionaire’s son, and his bride, Radhika Merchant.
Bieber flew to Mumbai, India, for the event on Friday and sang many of his popular songs.
He shared pictures and videos from the weekend on his social media. People sang along to his songs like "Love Yourself," "I'm the One" (with DJ Khaled), and "Where Are U Now."
He also posted photos with Ambani and Merchant.
Entertainment Tonight reported that Bieber might have been paid $10 million for performing at the sangeet, a traditional ceremony where families dance for their guests.
Bieber's representatives didn’t respond to Fox News Digital's request for comment.
An eyewitness said, "Justin danced and enjoyed performing on stage. He smiled while the audience sang with him."
The performance lasted about an hour, and many women in the crowd felt like fans meeting their idol. It was an unforgettable experience!
Ambani’s father, Mukesh Ambani, is a billionaire who runs Reliance Industries, a big company in petrochemicals, oil, gas, telecom, retail, and financial services.
Merchant’s father, Viren Merchant, is a pharmaceutical businessman, and she works as a marketing director at his company, Encore Healthcare.
This isn’t the first famous star hired for their wedding. Earlier, Rihanna was reportedly paid $6 million to perform.
The main wedding ceremony for Ambani and Merchant is planned for July 12, with a big reception on July 14, according to The Independent.
