Aryan Khan, Shah Rukh Khan's son, recently bought two luxury floors in Panchsheel Park, South Delhi, for ₹37 crore. This building was designed by Aryan's mother, Gauri Khan. Shah Rukh Khan already owns a large villa in the same area, which he bought back in 2001.

Aryan's purchase also includes the basement and ground floor, making it a notable addition to the family's property. The building has special meaning for them because Shah Rukh and Gauri lived there early in their careers.

In addition to this, high-value real estate deals have been happening more often in South Delhi and around Rashtrapati Bhavan since the end of Covid restrictions. For example:

  • Amitabh Bachchan sold his old Delhi home for ₹23 crore in June 2022.
  • Abhishek Bachchan bought six apartments in a luxury project in Mumbai for ₹15.42 crore in June 2024.
  • Ranveer Singh bought a huge sea-facing apartment in Mumbai for ₹119 crore in July 2022, which is one of the most expensive residential purchases in India.
